Wellness goes way deeper than just nutrition. Not only does this course focus on the incredible nutrients in food, we also will dive into every form of personal care in our wellness journey.

Primary foods ("food" that nourishes the mind and soul including relationships, career and social life)
Secondary food (nutrition/food)
Guidance towards towards sustainable change for
